We are looking for someone passionate about travel and ready to lead our business's next growth phase. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving innovation and growth within the sales team.
Define and execute Viatu’s sales strategy and goals
Develop and implement a KPI framework to measure and improve sales performance
Create and manage a scalable onboarding and training system for our sales team
Use our CRM, dashboards, and digital tools to optimize sales tactics and best practices
Collaborate with our tech team to automate screening and sales processes
Expand our offering into new languages, markets, and destinations
Nurture and expand our strategic partnerships to generate more leads
Work closely with our Marketing team to manage and optimize the lead volume and quality
Grow, develop, and lead a diverse and remote sales team
5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in travel tech or SAAS
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
Experience in leading a fast-growing company with a hands-on approach, ideally at an early-stage startup
In-depth knowledge of a modern CRM system and the ability to automate and design processes
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
A data-driven and analytical approach to sales
A customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
A strong network of contacts and relationships in the travel and tourism sector is a plus
EUR 45'000-60'000 gross annual salary
