Become the CTO of Wheel the World, work closely with founders to define the product roadmap, tech strategy, and lead the product development of the company with great tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tech team of engineers, product designers, and product managers
• Work with founders to define a product/tech roadmap to achieve the company’s vision
• Collaborate in the definition and design of the product from a technical perspective
• Define, lead, and implement a software development strategy in the company, including methodologies, team structure, hiring plan, roles, and responsibilities
• Ensure the stability, performance, and availability of the platforms and their architecture
