Who We Are

We are a multicultural travel tech startup with a leading prediction technology aiming to revolutionise the way the travel industry operates.

We are now looking for a dynamic, resourceful individual to lead our sales. This is a strategic and hands-on role, reporting to the CEO.

 

Location/Timezone

  • Geneva/Switzerland Office, Hybrid, or Full remote position.
  • Need to be between GMT+1 and GMT+4.

 

Your Work

  • Lead all the sales activities, including the sales operations, strategy and methodology.
  • Achieve sales, revenue, profit targets and growth by:
    • Prospecting, reaching out, setting up and executing sales meetings with relevant decision makers across the defined customer segments.
    • Developing relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, problems, and motivations.
    • Organising customer demos and calls.
    • Articulating and continuously optimising the product value propositions to meet customer needs across the various customer segments.
    • Work closely with customers to ensure high retention.
  • Support the commercial strategy by contributing to:
    • The revenue and growth strategy.
    • Pricing model.
    • Go-to-market strategy.
    • Marketing & advertising.
    • Product management.

 

Your Skills

  • Expert communicator, for both internal and external communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required for persuasion and sales negotiations.
  • Strong presenter and able to develop sales presentations from scratch.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a successful track record of closing deals.
  • Experience navigating and managing complex enterprise sales cycles while building strong relationships.
  • Confidence in dealing with prospects, including those in junior and senior management positions.
  • Good understanding of marketing and advertising.
  • Experience in the Big Data analytics field - an advantage
  • Experience and network across the travel industry - an advantage
