WHY THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Software Development Tech Lead to provide sound technical knowledge in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders, and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.
Some of the things you will love to do:
- Execute! As the first internal tech hire, you need to work hands-on to get things done
- You own the knowledge about the code and the tech stack
- You will also use some time to build, shape, and structure the future internal teaching team
- Oversee the big picture of the technical development of our platform
- Develop our multilayered product (B2B, B2BC, Operator) and pay attention to the aspects of the company’s strategy
- Communicate and align progress and updates to external resources to ensure flawless execution
- Be on top of the game regarding innovative implementations and the discovery of useful technology. And be ahead of the time when it comes to noticing technical trends to ensure our product is contemporary
- Maintain the maximum quality and assure that the product is running smoothly
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders and the founding team to make sure that everyone is on the same page
