JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you feel like working closely with the founders of a promising travel technology startup? You like to build things from the ground up, have a strong background in B2B lead generation and content marketing? Then join our team and support us in successfully placing our SaaS solution with our customers and in the market.

The following tasks await you with us:

  • You will build an inbound growth funnel with us over the next 9-12 months.
  • You will provide our leads with a consistent customer journey.
  • You are initially responsible for all funnel KPIs and optimize them iteratively.
  • You continuously improve our tooling as well as marketing automation.
  • You design website content, landing pages, blog articles and presentations, mainly in collaboration with external agencies and freelancers.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

First and foremost, we expect you to work independently and proactively - coupled with a large portion of curiosity and passion to drive our growth with a lot of personal responsibility. You should also be very familiar with Hubspot (as well as other common inbound marketing tools) and have already successfully (co-)built a B2B growth funnel.

What makes you stand out:

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing for SaaS solutions and therefore know exactly what is important at what stage.
  • You're a true Hubspot marketing hub pro.
  • You are experienced in managing external agencies and freelancers.
  • You have a great network of graphics designers and content writers to produce high-quality content fast.
  • You know your way around performance marketing tools natively.
  • You have very good analytical skills, are structured and hands-on.

 

LOCATION / EMPLOYMENT

We are located in Munich (Germany), but can take you on remotely if you adhere to CET timezone working hours. We are looking for a +6 month freelance engagement that can potentially lead into a permament position (CMO, Head of Growth) in line with company growth. You should devote at least 20 hours per week to this engagment and get things done with your network of content producers and designers.
