Are you passionate about B2C marketing, but want to dive into the fast-growing B2B space? Join the Expedia Partner Solutions’ Growth Marketing team! We work directly with some of the world’s most established online travel agencies, airlines, hotel chains, and financial institutions.
In your role as Growth Marketing Manager, you will help our Partners’ marketing teams drive growth through performance marketing channels and help us scale up our in-house offering across SEM, Programmatic Display, and Meta Search.
What you'll do:
Devise and deliver performance marketing initiatives for our top partners, by supporting them with initiatives that they implement, or by getting hands on to launch initiatives in-house
Partner with our product and technology teams to develop new marketing features and solutions at scale
Use expertise in web analytics to benchmark performance, identify digital marketing or user journey optimization opportunities, and turn these into concrete, accurately sized proposals that get colleagues and partners on board
Partner with commercial and finance teams to forecast partner marketing performance and develop business cases for new initiatives
Build and disseminate reporting both internally and to partners to ensure digital performance and growth opportunities are well understood
Proactively share industry news, best practices, comparative, and competitive reviews, and stay on top of evolving marketing technologies
Who you are:
Demonstrated experience in performance marketing. Travel industry or ecommerce is highly desired but not essential
Proficient with marketing and analytics platforms that include Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google/Microsoft Ads
A strong understanding of digital marketing and optimization, and sophisticated, hands-on knowledge of at least one of the following channels: SEM (highly desirable), Programmatic Display, Paid Social, Meta Search
Comfortable crafting and interpreting in-depth web analytics reports autonomously, and you spot opportunities that air decision-making even in large data sets
Experience in analyzing end to end user journeys. You enjoy working with product and technology teams to make journey improvements, e.g., by implementing ancillary products
Experience presenting sophisticated content to varied, often senior, internal, and external groups; consulting experience would be advantageous
Strong influencing skills: You can balance the needs of many collaborators with ease and advocate for the importance of marketing priorities with other teams, externally and internally
A bias towards action: You like to get things done, and you are able to analyze information, provide clarity back to the business and take ownership of outcomes
Outstanding project management and organizational skills
