We are looking for an Engineering Manager to guide people, drive technical decisions with customer impact in the domain of pricing and availability as part of the Inventory team.

This team is part of the wider Supply group of our Marketplace consisting of:

• Catalog - Empowers all consumers of activity and location information with the best possible data. 
• Connectivity - Enables scalable inventory growth and creates a seamless customer experience for connected products.
• Inventory - Provides access to industry leading pricing and availability information.
• Supply Tools - Gives suppliers the right tools to sell more great experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

You will directly manage 7 engineers, own the recruiting of another and closely collaborate with your Product Manager in the domain of pricing and availability.  You will be responsible for team and people topics, technical deliveries and roadmap definition of projects.

This role reports to the Senior Engineering Manager for Supply.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing an engineering team
• Passionate about business results and people not just technical excellence
• Customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience on the supply side of an ecommerce marketplace
• Prior experience in a scale-up environment
