The role: 

We are looking for a results-oriented Commercial Executive to drive overall revenue for America's region which includes US, Canada and LATAM..  As Vice President, Americas, you will lead high performing sales teams focused on rapidly growing our portfolio of travel marketing customers that range from major travel brands to individual hotel properties.  As a dedicated hands-on leader, you will be accountable for the commercial strategy and performance of the region; partnering with the product and marketing team to drive solution alignment; and ensuring customer satisfaction, success and retention. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

As the VP Americas, you will be an experienced and inspiring leader with excellent people skills, communication skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic.  The ideal candidate will have a long history of building strong travel customer relationships, in-depth knowledge of the ad-tech industry, coupled with the market know-how to specify, strategize and define opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue, profitability and scale for the Americas region through innovative strategies that create long-term customer and business value
  • Champion a customer-first focused organization ensuring the voice of the customer is represented in our decisions, strategies and market approach.
  • Lead Inside Sales and Enterprise Sales teams with strong sales discipline
  • Build a winning sales team and organization through recruiting, coaching, mentoring, developing and inspiring team members.
  • Foster strong collaboration between sales, client success, marketing, product, and finance teams.
  • Create accountability within America's region by developing appropriate performance metrics and expectations for the commercial team.

What you bring to the table:

  • 10+ years experience leading commercial teams in one or multiple of the following: Travel, Digital Advertising, Saas
  • Proven results as a sales leader with responsibility of at least $50M in revenue
  • Proven experience building, leading, mentoring and developing high performance teams. 
  • Thrive in fast-paced empowering environments driving continuous improvement and innovation.  Ability to create a healthy organizational culture
  • Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical operations
  • A demonstrated execution mindset and a record of success holding people accountable.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Advance degree, MBA or similar, preferred
  • Travel required.
