Exoticca is a company that started in 2013 by professionals specialized in the creation and online distribution of trips. Our mission is to offer our clients the possibility to visit the most beautiful and stimulating places on our planet, though the best holiday packages, at unbelievable prices. What is our proposal?

The Product Team is the main responsible for define and develop the product value proposition for our customers, develop the product offering in new destinations, define and manage pricing strategy, develop the strategy to enter new markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Exoticca revenue growth drivers and margin by setting up strategies and policies around pricing and margin by product, destination, etc.

 

Which will be your main responsibilities?

  • Define the global revenue strategy.
  • Run competitive analysis and benchmarks for understanding product opportunities.
  • Maximize profitability through analysing partners P&L drawing strategies in order to improve it.
  • Define pricing strategy based on occupancy, availability, time to travel, and other variables
  • Define group product strategy
  • Propose payment alternatives that make the product more attractive
  • Evaluate financing options for clients
  • Develop a Subscription travel business model
  • Be close to the Product crafters team to understand the local needs to identify opportunities, gather feedback and help them achieve KPI’S.
  • Plan product campaigns and investments (i.e. Mkt, product,…) for following quarters.
  • Coordinate with Marketing promotional activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience at top strategic consulting firm.
  • Revenue management experience in travel business.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience developing pricing models
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for traveling is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Financial background or experience managing a P&L is a plus
  • Travel business experience
