mr.alfred is a SaaS company transforming the vacation rentals and independent hotels markets in the MENA region, with the ambition to grow in emerging markets (Latin America & Asia) in the coming months. 

Our leadership team has experience growing start ups from scratch after successfully growing one of them to more than US$ 2M annual revenue.

After 9 months of operation, we have already US$30K MRR with 50% MoM growth.

We are looking a Growth Manager to overlook all growth projects (BD, Marketing, regional expansion) working directly with the Founder & CEO.

Responsibilities :

• Define mr.alfred‘s growth plan, targets and budget by suggesting strategies and initiatives for customer acquisition
• Improve our commercial service offering with the aim to maximize customer acquisition and lifetime value
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow our business
• Responsible to lead Sales department and oversee the client pipeline
• Responsible to lead Marketing department and take ownership for our customer acquisition channels - paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing and influencer marketing
• Collaborate with Product
• Collaborate with CSM
• Work with the CEO to define and optimize our marketing strategy regarding SEO, paid search, social media, affiliates, advertising and branding
• Improve and implement sales and marketing tools and systems and collaborate with our tech team to ensure robust processes and reliable data

Requirements

• Leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who's been solely responsible for growth at their company and now looking for their first managerial role
• Experience of working for a Cloud or SaaS business
• Experience in hospitality, travel, real estate is appreciated
• Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment
• A rigorous work ethic with the desire to deliver excellent results every day
• Demonstrable experience of influencing growth
• A data first approach
• Advanced user of analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Has relevant Bachelors or Masters Degree
