THE MISSION
You will take on both the Pre-sales Engineer and Onboarding Manager challenge, as the first person to truly sit between Sales and Delivery. Effectively, be responsible for the entire “technical pre-sale” to “initial product launch” cycle.
As a self-driven individual contributor you will:
- Use best practices and adapt them to Caravelo reality to formally set all the necessary materials
- Processes to transform the current ad-hoc integration & setup process into a streamlined one
- Become the tech expert in front of clients and prospects to help Caravelo sell more, faster and on the right expectations
- Align with the Technical and Product teams on what is coming as well drive/understand new capabilities
